In case of inability to conduct the survey by the (DoS), a meeting is held with the requesting party to clarify the implementation obstacles and determine the necessary conditions for successful implementation.ĥ. The Committee examines the request in terms of technical capacity, availability of time, staff and frame to carry out the required survey, in addition to identifying the target community.Ĥ. The Director General of Statistics forms a committee and forwards the letter to the concerned party for study and advice.ģ. The recipient approaches the “Diwan/Secretariat” for assigning an “Incoming Mail Number” to the official letter which is referred to the Director General.Ģ. The recipient pays the fees specified in the price list to the (DoS) treasurer.ģ.
